This is intriguing! Please saturate and lighten that blue eye, so it is brighter and more noticeable. I like the typography of the heading, but it seems a bit large for that area... have you tried to reduce it so there is more margin to the left and below? Is this a movie, or book cover, or... what? You may need to add a few more elements so we know.
