SOS Logo/Card Design

Ok, So for the SOS project it a more modern for the school's Brewer office. These are usually printed out on little cards and have a list of what services are offered to students. so I condensed the information into the design, I have gotten a lot of feedback from the client on this one and I am pretty proud of it despite how simple it is. My goal here was to make it easier to associate with the college, as well as the Brewer Center itself and all the services it provides.

This was the original logo for the office
This is my Logo/card

Please note that the bright blue and lime greens were requested to offset the greens and blues of the college logo.

Feedback is appreciated

  1. Backside: I don't understand the use of cyan and bright green? Why not pick and use the colors from the school brand... that would make much more sense to me. Have you placed a grid structure on this page? Even if it is small, this clearly needs to have some structure... to help you design the negative space in a way that helps the content AND make sure to add a larger margin.... currently there is type spilling off the page, right? One helpful step might be to think about this text, and put it together in the way a reader might need it. The room # should be chunked with Walk-ins are Welcome and the other ways to contact the organization. I don't understand what Food for Thought is... and your design doesn't help me know what it is. Should it be up with the Referrals???

Front: Is there a reason why the blue background behind "Students Serving Our Students" does not bleed off both right and left? Is the word "Our" smaller than "Serving"... shouldn't it be the same size?
