Project 4 Revisions- Triptych
-To start, I changed the sky to a proper sunburst pattern, as opposed to the diagonal lines.
-I completely reworked the comet in the center panel.
- I made the temple and pillar motifs completely white to add contrast.
- The perspective grid was moved to the bottom third of the piece to add more emphasis to the sky.
Let me know what you think of this piece. Any critique/comments are welcome.
I love this! The artwork is done... now should you add some type to it? This was the library triptych... so what title would be appropriate for this artwork. What words would add a level of understanding to this that we don't receive now?
ReplyDeleteThe triptych design looks very nice! I love the colors you chose. I love how you made it look 3D, like how you used perspective to make the ground and how you made the planets look 3D by shading it nicely. I agree that text would be good to input like maybe in the middle panel or the last panel to the right.
ReplyDeleteI can see that you spent a lot of time on this and incorporated many suggestions made during our peer review. It is so exciting and vibrant. What really catches my eye and makes me interested is the rays that you have added into the background and how they are playing with the perspective grid so well. This has added so much depth and dimension to this piece. It is beautiful. Great work!
