Mount Wachusett Community College, in Gardner MA offers a 2-year program for Graphic and Interactive Designer students. This final course in the GID program helps students assemble and present their best work produced in the program. I really like how far you have taken this project. I think in the tagline you should use one complimentary font, maybe in italic. I am not sure of the formatting of the theater and date/time information, may be something to look at. Using the blue element throughout is a solid design choice, you may only want to use it once toward the lower part of the poster, so that your eye follows in a logical way. You have put a lot of effort into this and it shows!
ReplyDeleteThis is really strong... and even stronger if you use just white for Broadway (it is unnecessary to emphasize that... right?) I think the blue "Soul" works exceptionally well with the blue eyeball.
ReplyDeleteI love the blue colors in your design and the font you chose for "Masquerade". Your design is unified and balanced. Overall the design is nice! The blue colors that are used to emphasize the text is a good idea since it attracts the readers eye to it. Great Job!
