I like the broad white inside border, and I think you have the type in good positions now. I do see that the mag title is actually touching the top of the spire on the building... adding a spot of tension up there. Not sure you want us to be looking quite at that spot... so I suggest you decrease the size of the title and it's brandmark (4 colored circles). In fact, those circles seem really large in contrast to the title. I wonder if they should become significantly smaller so they support the title, and not dominate it?
